1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the p7p7 platform and all its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on p7p7, users must meet the following requirements:

2.1 Reasons for Account Closure

p7p7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Suspicion of fraud, deceptive activity, or money laundering.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other players or staff.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

p7p7 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• All deposit amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only possible through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 4).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

p7p7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms, and each offer has its own applicable conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit; bonuses expire after the time limit has passed.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• p7p7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the account may be closed and any earned funds may be forfeited.
• Specific terms for any other promotional offer will be stated on that offer's detail page.

5 Gaming Rules

All games available on p7p7 — slots, live casino, fishing, sports betting — are operated according to specific rules. It is each player's responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game before playing.

• The outcome of each game is controlled by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a round is left incomplete due to a software error or technical issue, the related bet will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.
• Using any software, bots, or automation to alter game outcomes or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error in any game results in abnormal winnings, p7p7 reserves the right to void those winnings.

5.1 Sports Betting Special Rules

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. If any event is cancelled or does not take place, the related bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. Bets placed after a match has started will be governed by in-play rules.
